The Fine Art of Making it Personal
I've found that the best way to add a personal touch to gift giving is by personalizing it. Adding an initial, name or monogram is just the right detail to make your gift, or even your home, more personal and unique.
These towels give a fun vibe to a bath.
I've always loved this picnic blanket with our family name embroidered on it. This blanket has joined us for many a picnic over the years and often lives in the trunk of my car. Both the blanket and basket were gifts from my sister, Dorie. I've always appreciated her thoughtfulness and the symbolism of having our name personalized on the gift. Personalized stationery is another way to make a gift personal and practical.
Last weekend we rediscovered our enjoyment of using our outdoor spa. We had forgotten just how relaxing, and healthy, that ritual can be. This was a shot from the spa between our heavy Northern California rain storms. We were celebrating the 4 year blog birthday of Stylemindchic Life with a little bubbly.
This was a golden moment. I'm glad we got back to using the spa and it seems to be the most helpful thing for Scott's ongoing back pain from a herniated disc. It also gave me an idea for Scott's Valentine's Day gift when I noticed his robe had become a little shabby.
I decided a luxurious, ultra comfy spa robe would be perfect. I liked the idea of making it even more personal by adding his monogram. I ordered the robe from Gifts For You Now.
When the robe arrived I was exceptionally pleased with the luxurious quality. The monogram looks great. I'm sure Scott will love it for those chilly nights heading out to the spa.
Gifts for You Now has a number of stylish and personalized gifts just in time for Valentine's Day. I enjoyed checking out the entire collection and I think you will too. They are generously offering readers of Stylemindchic Life 20% off purchases until 2/29/16. Simply use code VDAY20AG at checkout.
