Curated Travel 2026 Planning Fees:

  • Comprehensive Itinerary Planning Starting at $550 for up to 4 Travelers. Includes full itinerary design, destination research, hotel bookings, supplier matching, logistics planning (tours/transfers/trains), coordination with destination partners, 24/7 support and web-based/app itinerary for 1–2 destinations.

    Additional fees apply when itineraries include multiple cities, regions, or countries requiring more complex logistics and coordination (to be determined following consultation call).

    • +$100 per additional destination (city or region)

    • +$250 per additional country

  • Single-booking Hotel/All-Inclusive Resort Packages or Luxury Cruises Research/Booking: $150 per trip

  • Vacation Villas/Rental Homes: 10% research/booking fee

  • Expedited Planning (within 60 days of travel): Additional $250

  • Itinerary Revisions (More than 2 revisions from final proposal): $100 per revision

  • Group Travel (5+ people): Additional surcharges based on complexity and length of trip

  • Booking & Managing Beach Club and Dining Reservations: $250

  • Cancellation/Rebooking: $250 per trip

Planning fees are collected at the start of the research, itinerary development, and booking process. These fees are non‑refundable due to the significant time, expertise, partner coordination, and detailed work required to design your trip well in advance of travel.
